James (Jim) Oxley brings a wealth of experience to bear for the is a time served plumber working on gas and water as well as steam pipelines and pumping stations.
His experience spreads to installing and maintaining domestic, commercial and industrial heating systems, a role he fulfilled for several organisations prior to becoming self-employed.
He joined a local authority in 1995 taking over mechanical services including plumbing and heating. He then joined the Guardian Group of Companies as a CITB trainer/assessor. When the group went into liquidation, the training side was bought out by a management team and after a period of change, Jim now runs the business as Gateshead Assessment Services.
